Shipping policy
These are the same terms the delivery estimate on each piece is calculated from. Nothing here is a guarantee of an exact arrival date; the confirmed shipping method and final estimate are shown at checkout.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are prepared in 1–2 working days. Certain pieces carry a longer preparation time; where they do, the estimate on the product page reflects it.
Orders placed before 14:00 (Europe/London) on a dispatch day enter preparation the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a non-dispatch day, begin from the next dispatch day.
The house dispatches on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Weekends and the closure dates below are not counted as working days.
Closure dates: 25 December 2026, 26 December 2026, 1 January 2027.
Transit by destination
Transit is counted in working days after dispatch, and is added to the preparation time above to produce the estimated arrival window shown on each piece.

Duties, customs & tracking
Orders travelling outside the United Kingdom may be held for customs processing. Any duties or import taxes raised by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Once a piece is dispatched, tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout. Someone must be present to receive the parcel; a signature may be required.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by destination, customs processing and carrier conditions.
